Sue Kelly and a current resident discuss the dilapidated conditions of the apartments managed by the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) Photo -- A young boy sits on an empty window frame on the second floor of a HANO apartment building. Even though another young boy fell from a similar HANO window five years ago and is now paralyzed, the windows continue to go unrepaired. Photo -- Broken windows and damaged bricks are features of many HANO buildings.
